No matter where you go or who you become, your hometown will remain just that … your hometown. We have personal experience with this notion. Back in 1990, prior to the Internet and long before email, we moved across the United States. The 50-hour drive from our hometown of Pittsburgh to Los Angeles was both a challenge and an adventure. Behind we left family and friends to pursue our new lives. However, just as the bonds to those we hold dearest never left us, neither did the passion in which we hold our hometown. That is the entire concept of “A-little-Taste-of-Home.” With all due respect, to novelist Thomas Wolfe, you can go home again. In fact, no matter where you live, it can meet you at your front door. With that in mind, please feel free to enjoy our site and pursue items from your hometown or explore others. We have done all the research for you. It is our goal to review and bring to your attention the most iconic food from across the United States which can be easily shipped to your doorstep and represents the ethnic history of each hometown.
It is with great pleasure that I offer you the opportunity to explore the very first edition of our online magazine represented by the Pittsburgh Edition. We hope you enjoy the read.
